This playbook was published in 2022 with the intent to help the National Guard Bureau (NGB) better support the 54 states, territories, and the District of Columbia during disasters, provide the jurisdictions with information to share with their local emergency managers, and help strengthen our nation's resilience.  It provides decision checklists for all levels of operations response to disasters in the homeland and gives insight into the information requirements at each of those levels.
